Hardlock exchanges - Price policy and procedures

FAQ (installation and use of programs)

Note : the prices below are only shipping and material costs, and we cannot grant any commission to the agents on these prices. So if you prefer it that way, you can ask the end-user to deal with us directly in the cases below.

  • Exchange local parallel versus a local USB hardlock : price is 250 euros/hardlock.
    The end-user should send the parallel hardlock back to you, together with an order form for the exchange. Then please transfer the hardlock and order form to us, and we will send back the new hardlock.
  • In case of a broken local hardlock : price is 250 euros/hardlock.
    The end-user should send the broken hardlock back to you, together with an order form for the exchange. Then please transfer the hardlock and order form to us, and we will send back the new hardlock.
  • In case of a stolen local hardlock : price is 250 euros/hardlock.
    The end-user should send a copy of the police statement mentionning the stolen hardlock, together with an order form for the exchange. Then please transfer the hardlock and order form to us, and we will send back the new hardlock.
  • In case of a lost local hardlock : price is 250 euros/hardlock.
    The end-user should send a letter certifying that the hardlock was lost and that it will be returned to Terrasol if it is ever found again, together with an order form for the exchange. Then please transfer the hardlock and order form to us, and we will send back the new hardlock.
  • In case of a network hardlock, please contact us for to get the exchange/replacement conditions.
